Our Staff

We have a team of over 30 behavior analysts and behavior therapists. Our staff are highly skilled, experienced, dedicated, and caring professionals. All our consultants hold state or national Board Certification in applied behavior analysis. Some of them also hold credentials in exceptional education. Our therapists also have years of experience working with persons who have learning and behavioral difficulties.

Jing Zhou, M.S., BCBA, Executive Director

Jing Zhou is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her M.S. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has extensive experience working with individuals with autism, Asperger's Syndrome, mental handicaps, traumatic brain injury, emotional disabilities, and other developmental disabilities. She specializes in setting up verbal behavior programs, teaching functional communication and social skills, decreasing severe problem behaviors, as well as school and inclusion consultation.

Jing has given numerous presentations at state and national conferences. She has also conducted countless workshops and training sessions for educators, direct-care staff, home-therapy teams, parents, and other caregivers in the United States and in other countries. She holds memberships in the Association for Behavior Analysis, Florida Association for Behavior Analysis, Autism Society of America, and the Council for Exceptional Children.

Jing has over sixteen years experience working in home, school, community, and residential settings. She has extensive experience setting up home and school programs, and training parents and school staff to carry out these programs.

Wendy Zeballos, M.S., BCBA, Director of Clinical Services

Wendy Zeballos received her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Nevada. She is currently pursing her Doctoral degree in Education. She has practiced in the field of behavior analysis for eight years and has been working mainly with children and adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities. Wendy has extensive clinical experience in the areas of conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing ABA programs and behavior intervention plans, conducting individual ABA therapy, parent training and staff training. She has worked with individuals who have challenging difficulties such as aggression, self-injurious behaviors, severe communication delays, eating problems, and dental phobia.

Wendy specializes in early intervention, verbal behavior, and works intensively with children who have severe language delays. In the process, she trains parents to work effectively with their children to improve communication, compliance and to use behavioral strategies such as positive reinforcement. Wendy strives to educate others on the importance of working with individuals and not just their disabilities. She collaborates with other professionals to provide optimal therapy for our clients.

As the Director of Clinical Services of Interventions Unlimited, Wendy supervises a team of over 30 behavior analysts and behavior therapists.

Shannon Alexander, B.A., BCABA, Behavior Analyst

Shannon Alexander came from Ormond Beach, Fl. She has been an employee with Interventions Unlimited since the year 2000. She graduated with her B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic College in 1997 and became a Certified Associate Behavior Analyst in 2002. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 6 years. Prior to joining Interventions Unlimited, Shannon had worked at another behavioral service facility as an ABA therapist. Shannon’s experience includes working with children and adults with autism or other developmental disabilities in clinic, school, and home/community settings. She has worked with individuals who have severe challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction, and self-injurious behaviors.

Holly Trosino, M.S., BCBA, Behavior Analyst

Holly received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2004, from Florida Institute of Technology as well. Holly earned her BCABA in 2005, and became a BCBA in 2007. She has been working in the Applied Behavior Analysis field for 6 years. Prior to working for Interventions Unlimited, Holly worked privately for families and for two other companies. She has worked with children and adolescents with different developmental and physical disabilities. She works with children in the clinic, home, community and schools. Holly has been involved in running in-home and in-school programs for children with autism, as well as working with the schools and teachers to help children with autism succeed in integrated classrooms. During the summer of 2007, Holly was the Director for Interventions Unlimited’s summer camp. Holly’s main areas of interest are verbal behavior, social skills, functional communication skills, behavior assessments, and early intervention. She currently teaches at our ABA school and also works with families.

Erica Hess, M.S., BCBA, Behavior Analyst

Erica Hess has been involved in the field of Behavior Analysis for almost 5 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2005. At Florida State, Erica participated in behavioral research among preschoolers with developmental delays as well as research conducted with adult employees in the workplace. She also earned her certificate in Performance Management, a branch of Behavior Analysis dealing with performance in the workplace.

Erica received her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. Her work experience has brought her in contact with a wide population of individuals such as prisoners, dually-diagnosed adolescents with severe maladaptive behaviors, and toddlers and young children with developmental delays. Erica wants to continue working with a variety of individuals with behavior problems and hopes to expand her experience with such individuals.

Erica's Master’s thesis was entitled "Using Behavioral Skills Training Along with a Tactile Prompt to Increase Script Usage and Social Interaction". Specifically, her research was on how to increase social interaction with peers in children with Asperger’s Disorder.

Suzanne Aurelio, B.A., BCABA, Behavior Analyst

Suzanne Aurelio graduated in 2006 from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She became a Board Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst in 2007 and intends to pursue a Master’s Degree. Prior to joining Interventions Unlimited, Suzanne had 2 years experience working as a behavioral therapist in a non-profit ABA center. She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and other behavioral issues. Before working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis, Suzanne volunteered for a year at the Child Development Center at Rollins College.

Diana Betz, M.S., BCBA, Behavior Analyst

Diana Betz graduated with her Master’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology in Applied Behavior Analysis .Diana received her first Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University with a Major in Biology and minor in Psychology. She received her second Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University with a degree in Cardiopulmonary Sciences. Diana has been working with children and adults for several years. She has worked as a Behavior Analyst for 8 years. She has extensive experience working with individuals with autism, PDD, asperser’s syndrome and other developmental disabilities in various settings including the clinic, school, home and community settings. Diana has extensive clinical experience in the areas of conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing ABA programs and behavior intervention plans, conducting individual ABA therapy, parent training and staff training. She has worked with young teens to improve social skills. She has worked with individuals who have severe challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction, eating disorders and self-injurious behaviors. Her specialty is working with children and adults with challenging behaviors in the community setting. Diana finds working in Applied Behavior Analysis very rewarding and enjoys her job immensely.

Caroline Agbayani, B.A., BCABA, Behavior Analyst

Caroline Agbayani graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Interventions Unlimited, Inc., she had about 5 years experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. She had worked as a lead therapist in home-based ABA programs and had worked in the school settings. Caroline received her certification as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst in 2006. She plans to pursue a Master’s degree in ABA. Caroline enjoys traveling, shopping, doing yoga and reading magazines.

Charles Baldwin Jr., B.S., BCABA, Behavior Analyst

Charles Baldwin Jr. received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman College in 1998. He is currently completing the Masters in Social Work program at the University of Central Florida. Charles has worked with children and adolescents for ten years and has been working as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst for about three years. He has worked with children and parents in their homes, students and teachers in schools, and patients and technicians in residential facilities. Charles has completed functional behavior assessments and assisted teachers in implementing behavior intervention plans for various students in the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) program. Charles has developed and implemented plans for students with exceptionalities such as conduct disorder, bipolar, depression, autism, asperger’s, pervasive developmental disorder, ADHD, mental retardation, learning disabilities, etc. Charles has worked in group homes with adults diagnosed with mental retardation. It is Charles’ goal to continually sharpen his knowledge and skills to better serve children and the community.

Rebecca Mischuck, B.S., Behavior Therapist

Rebecca Mischuck graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minored in both Special Education and English. Prior to joining Interventions Unlimited, Rebecca had 2 years experience working as an ABA therapist in a home-based program for a young child with Autism. She has experience working with adults with severe mental disabilities and interned with a school psychologist as well. Rebecca plans on taking the board certification exam to become a Certified Associate Behavior Analyst while also pursing a Masters Degree.
