"My child’s therapists enjoy working with him and they are creative, playful and flexible. These are very important things in this job. They are very responsive to parent input and concerns. Being a therapist/consultant is truly an effortful job, physically, mentally and emotionally. My child's therapists are the heart and soul of his behavioral/learning program. They work so hard to help my child in so many areas! Thank you!"
"My child’s therapist is wonderful all around. I have had the pleasure of working with her on two of my children. I like her and trust her one hundred percent. She is a good listener and she is patient. This therapist wants to help the children. She works hard with the family to solve any problems. She uses different techniques and explains them to me so we can have good carry-over at home. She knows her stuff. She is a good person and has made a difference in our lives."
"Our therapist comes faithfully each and every Tuesday and Thursday with a great big smile on her face! Each time she comes, we get very valuable information and "tricks" to use with my son! My son has gone from throwing tantrums, pulling on me, and not attending to ANY toys, to bringing me to things he wants, attending to toys for several minutes and being a happier 22-month-old baby! Thanks so much for all that you do."
"Words can't express the great improvements and changes your therapists have helped to calm my son's attitude. Jing, your team selections has been extraordinary, and wish they could be live ins. My son enjoys and looks forward to the therapist’s visits when she comes, and treats her with royalty (in his own way). Her patience with him has helped his behavior skills improve, and we appreciate her training our other staff. This has made the DIFFERENCE in all of our lives. We are grateful for your services though the years and hope it continues with your great team. It's not easy when a parent isn't experienced like your group, yet wants the best for her kid. Please pass this on to your employees."
"We have been receiving services from your office for about 4 years now. We have been through many therapists. All have contributed greatly towards my son's progress. You are like family to us. You have helped change him from a very difficult child to the sweetest boy I know. When we started 4 years ago, we were lost and afraid. Our life was one of suffering and heartache. We were afraid to go anywhere in public with him. Four years later, because of your hard work and talent, we have great hope and are living much more normal lives. I now look forward towards the future and can't wait to see the progress he will make. There are many challenges ahead, but with your help we hope to conquer them. To all the staff, just remember each hour makes a difference and sometimes it is hard to see, but when looking back you can see it. What's that old saying? The journey of a 1000 miles starts with one step. I am not ashamed to say that there are times when I am alone and I think of my son, I want to break down and cry, but I have to remember that tears will not help; only fighting Autism with therapy and prayer will help. So we march on and fight with you at our back."
"Thanks for all of your hard work and help! You have and continue to change my son’s life in the most wonderful ways. Thank you!"
"We could not be more pleased with the therapist’s professionalism, knowledge and care for our son. She's prompt and reliable. My son looks forward to his therapy session with her every week."
"Your therapist has been making tremendous progress with my son , he really has come such a long way. We are elated to say that we do not see huge issues anymore with his behavior. We cannot say enough how wonderful she is with my son, we would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!"
"I would like to thank my child’s therapist for the invaluable service he has provided. He has helped my husband and I communicate with my son! We have been using many of the techniques he has shown us to initiate as well as to get a response from my son. He has helped open a world for my son and open a world we were not sure was there for him to understand. My son is thriving and advancing daily. I have 3 kids, and I would write on and on, but there is no time! Thank you, thank you, and thank you! You have helped improve my son’s life, and I’m eternally grateful."
"My son’s therapist was such a vital part of his recovery and progress. I can’t thank you enough for sending him to us. He has helped our family more than I even thought. Thank you for the opportunity to work with him. My son is doing fabulous and I am confident he will be ready to attend a “regular” kindergarten in 2 years as planned."
"I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you for everything that you did to help my son. When all other doors closed on us, you were the only one that was there to help us. I am very appreciative of every person in your office, from the receptionist, the lovely and attentive person greeting us every time we go to your office to his one-to-one therapist, and of course, not forgetting his playgroup therapist who always had something positive to say about him. I know that we still have a long way to go, but I know in my heart that the basic and beginning compliance skills he acquired due to your staff’s diligent work will help him. My son now started Pre-K in an ESE classroom where they will continue to dedicate themselves to his progress and well being. So far, he is doing great! He plays with other children, cooperates, takes turns and is learning more social, developmental and academic skills every day. Last Sunday, we went to a child’s birthday party and his behaviors were exceptional. Thank you to all of you for your hard and dedicated work towards all children. It is true that you do make a difference!"
"My child's therapists are the heart and soul of his behavioral/learning program. They work so hard to help my child in so many areas! Thank you!"
"I can't tell you enough how grateful we are that we are referred to you guys! We have had such a great experience with everyone we've worked with, it's been awesome! We're just very, very happy with everything"
"It has been a year – and I thought I would give you an update on my son. The last year has been amazing! My son has competed for the USA in several states and was selected to go to Ecuador for the South American classic in June of 2014. He took 4 medals as part of the relay team. 2 Silver and 2 Bronze. His last year as a Senior has been unbelievable successful and to our delight and surprise he was elected to Homecoming Court. At skit night last night – when all the other candidates were interviewed on stage on “why they should be homecoming king” – everyone of them said “ Well although I would love to be king – I want to give my vote to IAN”. The auditorium went crazy!I am so pleased and proud of him. Tonight is the parade and crowning ceremony at the Freedom High School Stadium during Halftime. This is such a quantum leap from that little boy you worked with to keep from bolting out of the house so many years ago and struggled to make change on purchases. He can carry one easy conversations now with his high school colleagues and works in the morning at the Publix Bakery as part of CBVE. Next year we are looking at the UCF program as they have a great swim club for him to participate in."
